What is AI RMM?
RMM, remote monitoring and management, is the software IT teams use to watch, manage, and fix endpoints from one place. - Real signals, not guesses. CPU, memory, disk SMART health, services, drivers, boot timeline, scheduled tasks, Group Policy, installed software, network connections, and logged-on users.
- Root-cause diagnosis. Detectors flag failing disks, slow boots, problem drivers, stopped services, resource saturation, persistence-risk scheduled tasks, and stale policy, each backed by the evidence behind it.
- A concrete plan. The Co-Pilot proposes the specific fix, scoped to the right machine or the whole fleet.
- Verification. After a change runs, it re-checks the signal to confirm the problem is actually resolved.
Gated, audited remediation: the AI never goes rogue
Nothing changes without sign-off. Medium- and high-impact actions route through durable, role-based approvals (customer admins and engineers), claim atomically so two people never double-run a fix, and land in an end-to-end audit timeline. The AI proposes; a human disposes; the record proves it.
